If you buy Omniviu as a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal. Below you’ll find the withdrawal policy in its statutory wording, the model withdrawal form and our voluntary money-back guarantee, which applies to all customers.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 14 days from the day of the conclusion of the contract.

of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an unequivocal statement (e.g. a letter sent by post or an email). You may use the attached model withdrawal form, but it is not obligatory.

To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

Early expiry of the right of withdrawal

For contracts for the supply of digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, your right of withdrawal expires once we have begun performing the contract after you have expressly consented to our beginning performance before the end of the withdrawal period, acknowledged that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal once performance begins, and we have provided you with a confirmation of the contract recording your consent and acknowledgement.

Voluntary money-back guarantee

Independently of the statutory right of withdrawal – and even if it has expired – we offer a money-back guarantee. It applies to all customers, including businesses, and doesn’t limit your statutory rights.

  • First purchase: 30 days from purchase, no reason needed.
  • Automatic renewal: 14 days from the renewal – in case you forgot to cancel.
  • How it works: Email us at info@omniviu.app with your order number. We refund the full amount to the payment method you used.
  • What happens next: The refund ends the licence. The licence key is deactivated, and updates and support end.

If you only want to stop the automatic renewal, you can cancel at any time.
